The Art of Neapolitan Blending
The art of coffee blending, taken to its highest expression.
Multiple origins, one inimitable aromatic complexity.

The "Secret" to Quality
Selecting and roasting a single origin is easy.
Balancing different origins takes the skill of an alchemist. Each origin adds a unique note — sweetness, body, acidity, persistence — creating a symphony otherwise impossible to achieve.
Mexico is truly Passalacqua's most iconic blend: 100% arabica, 8 origins, and all our care poured into offering you an exceptional coffee — one with an surprising sweetness that satisfies even the most discerning palates.
What aroma will you taste?
Elegant, delicate and refined on the nose, with aromatic notes gentler than average. It keeps its promise on the palate, revealing floral notes, spice, honey, muscovado sugar and caramel. A round, balanced, sweet coffee, delicate on the palate yet with an extraordinary body: velvety, silky, syrupy, with medium persistence — a superior coffee that delivers real pleasure.
How do we get there?
We blend coffee from as many as 8 different countries to create a truly prized 100% arabica. Its naturally medium-dark roast has made it a firm favourite among our customers.
How to brew it?
Available ground for the moka pot or in beans for espresso, we calibrate the roast and the grind to always bring out the very best in flavour. Mexico is a delicate coffee, best brewed with care.

A Journey for the Senses
The Opening (The First Impression): On first encounter, delicate floral and spiced notes unfold, joined by a natural sweetness reminiscent of honey and hazelnuts.
The Body (The Heart of the Sip): The eight origins begin a dialogue with the palate, weaving their voices into a soft, refined chord, punctuated by the warm notes of caramel and muscovado sugar.
The Finish (The Lingering Impression): As the coffee fades, its precious mark remains. Hints of honey, caramel and spice linger discreetly on the palate. A soft, harmonious finish, continuing to resonate like a note suspended in the air.
