The Art of Neapolitan Blending
The art of coffee blending, taken to its highest expression.
Multiple origins, one inimitable aromatic complexity.

The "Secret" to Quality
Selecting and roasting a single origin is easy.
Balancing different origins takes the skill of an alchemist. Each origin adds a unique note — sweetness, body, acidity, persistence — creating a symphony otherwise impossible to achieve.
Cremador is the Passalacqua blend for a creamy coffee, velvety on the palate, with a perfect balance of aroma and flavour. Made from 5 of the world's finest coffee origins, it offers a rich, enveloping tasting experience.
What aroma will you taste?
Dark, compact crema (when pulled at the bar), great aromatic depth, and a striking nose of dried fruit, cocoa, hazelnut and toasted almond. At the start of your tasting, the tip of the tongue picks up a medium sweetness, later confirmed by bitter notes of medium intensity across the mid-palate. A pleasant softness on the palate, with a moderately persistent aftertaste that echoes the dried fruit, hazelnut and toasted almond notes, for perfect balance between aroma and taste.
How do we get there?
We blend coffee from 5 countries around the world to create a unique combination of 70% arabica and 30% robusta, with a medium-dark roast that captures the taste of a true espresso — bringing it home to you, while staying true to the quality of the beans it starts from.
How to brew it?
For home brewing, we offer our ground coffee formats, made specifically for your moka pot. Cremador is also available in beans, at your trusted local bar.
We've been making it for over half a century, staying true to our original intent: a round, well-rounded flavour, a good coffee you'd never tire of. Along the way, we adjust the recipe each year to match the character of the beans we harvest, and to keep pace with ever-evolving tastes.

A Journey for the Senses
The Opening (The First Impression): The dark, compact crema lifts slowly, like a curtain rising on what lies beneath. The air fills with dried fruit, cocoa, hazelnut and toasted almond.
The Body (The Heart of the Sip): With the first sip, the story begins to unfold. Sweetness arrives first, barely there, like soft light through a window. Then, little by little, bitter notes emerge, adding depth to the flavour.
The Finish (The Lingering Impression): Hazelnut and toasted almond return in the background, like a memory that resurfaces a few minutes later.
