The Art of Neapolitan Blending
The art of coffee blending, taken to its highest expression.
Multiple origins, one inimitable aromatic complexity.

The "Secret" to Quality
Selecting and roasting a single origin is easy.
Balancing different origins takes the skill of an alchemist. Each origin adds a unique note — sweetness, body, acidity, persistence — creating a symphony otherwise impossible to achieve.
Mehari is the Passalacqua blend with extraordinary balance — a strong, full-bodied coffee with a rich crema in the cup, offering such an intense taste experience that it's become one of our most loved and requested blends.
What aroma will you taste?
Dark crema with a compact texture (when pulled at the bar), great aromatic depth, and a striking nose of cocoa, toasted bread, biscuit and liquorice, for a full, silky flavour. A plain, honest blend that leaves a lingering aftertaste of dark, earthy notes, rounded off with a hint of black pepper on the finish for perfect balance between aroma and taste.
How do we get there?
We blend coffee from 4 countries around the world to create a unique combination of 55% arabica and 45% robusta, with a medium-dark roast that captures the taste of a true espresso — bringing it home to you, while staying true to the quality of the beans it starts from.
How to brew it?
For home brewing, we offer our ground coffee format, made specifically to enjoy a full-bodied coffee even at home. Mehari is also available in beans, for espresso preparation at your trusted local bar.

A Journey for the Senses
The Opening (The First Impression): From the dark, compact crema, the first notes emerge: cocoa and toasted bread, followed by the first chords: biscuit and liquorice. An intense prelude that sets the stage for the sip — full and silky.
The Body (The Heart of the Sip): The encounter with the palate keeps its promise. The body arrives dense and velvety. The taste hits the mark directly: a balanced chord between strength and roundness.
The Finish (The Lingering Impression): As the sip fades, the blend keeps telling its story. The dark, earthy notes linger in the background, while a counterpoint of black pepper arrives at the very end, closing the cup with a spiced accent.
