What aroma will you taste?
Elegant, delicate and refined on the nose, with aromatic notes gentler than average. It keeps its promise on the palate, revealing floral notes, spice, honey, muscovado sugar and caramel. A round, balanced, sweet coffee, delicate on the palate yet with an extraordinary body: velvety, silky, syrupy, with medium persistence — a superior coffee that delivers real pleasure.

How do we get there?
We blend coffee from as many as 8 different countries to create a truly prized 100% arabica. Its naturally medium-dark roast has made it a firm favourite among our customers.

How to brew it?
Available ground for the moka pot or in beans for espresso, we calibrate the roast and the grind to always bring out the very best in flavour. Mexico is a delicate coffee, best brewed with care.
