Passalacqua took part in Host Milano, the world's leading Ho.Re.Ca. trade fair, held over five days every two years at Fiera Milano Rho. The 40th edition ran from 20 to 24 October 2017.
With over 1,400 exhibiting companies, 41% of them from outside Italy, and more than 150,000 visitors, including over 60,000 from abroad representing 172 countries, the fair combines specialisation within each sector it covers, from professional catering to coffee and tea, from bars to vending, from ice cream and pastry to tableware and furnishings, with genuine synergy between them. Bringing everyone together under one roof encourages constant exchange and interaction.
Coffee, now more than ever, can be considered a common thread running through the world of hospitality, and at Host Milano it has a home of its own in the Sic, the International Coffee Exhibition.
For 24 editions running, this has been where the entire supply chain comes together, from green coffee producers and distributors to roasters and coffee machine manufacturers, showcasing innovation and top-level training.
